Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, milk and ghee items purchased are not eligible for a refund. For damaged, rotten or unusable products in any way, please contact us and we will be happy to replace or provide a credit to your subscription account which can be used later.

Please also note that we do not provide refunds for unused amounts on a subscription plan. It is up to the customer to consume the value in full of the purchased subscription plan through product orders.

Before accepting delivery of any product, the customer shall reasonably ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered.

Delivery of the Product
There are various delivery models for delivery of purchased product to the purchaser, as decided by us. The risk of any damage, loss or deterioration of the products during the course of delivery or during transit shall be on us and not on the purchaser.

Purchaser’s shipping address; pin code may be verified with the database of website before a purchaser proceeds to pay for the goods. In the event purchaser’s order is not serviceable by logistic service providers or the delivery address is not located in an area that is covered under the order confirmation form, then delivery to their address may not be possible. Please contact Arani’s Farm Haus to discuss alternative options.

Please note that there is no guaranteed dispatch time and any information about the dispatch time is estimate only and should not be relied upon as such. The goods shall not be delivered to the purchaser unless the purchaser makes the payment first.

Purchaser shall be bound to take delivery of the goods purchased that are said to be in a deliverable state. We currently only deliver to specific pin codes in Mumbai, Karjat and Lonavla.

All rights to delivery are solely at the discretion of Arani’s Farm Haus. Arani’s Farm Haus may refuse to accept delivery requests without prior intimation.

Shipping Policy
All orders received before 12 o’clock midnight are shipped the next day. All orders are shipped securely and generally delivered with 1-2 working days. On rarest of occasions, the shipments are delayed due to the factors beyond our control.

A complete delivery address including pin code, email ID and contact number is essential during checkout to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you place your order.

Our delivery partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 7 am to 10 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our delivery partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Arani’s Farm Haus: There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and have the right to cancel such orders. Arani’s Farm Haus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in purchaser’s order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by the purchaser or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. We may also require additional verification or information before processing any order. If purchaser’s order is cancelled after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be credited to the purchaser’s subscription account which can be used later.

Cancellation by the purchaser: In case of requests for order cancellations, Arani’s Farm Haus reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed, Arani’s Farm Haus may cancel the order and credit the amount to the purchaser’s subscription account within a reasonable period of time. Arani’s Farm Haus will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Purchaser agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept Arani’s Farm Haus decision regarding the cancellation.
